As these bags are handcrafted personally by our skilled artisans so it would not be technically “Perfect” as compared to factory made but these small imperfections are what makes our bags antique, unique and give a perfect vintage look.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please click a picture and send it to us in case of defective and damaged goods and send us an email at Satchelandfable@gmail.com and we will provide you the the address of the warehouse where you can send the product for return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
